Partner with the festival!

Why Partner?

We’ve created a nationwide event with people from Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, regional areas (Wimmera, Victoria’s north‑east, the Blue Mountains), and a few Tasmanians and South Australians joining in. This is the only event of its kind in the country and whilst primarily we are climbers, climbers are bushwalkers, slack liners, mountaineers, riders of bikes and runners of trails. It’s a broad and diverse congregation spanning the ‘granite climbing first timers’ through to gnarled knuckled local activists and luminaries of the national climbing scene. Universally they are learning through doing, and the festival creates the opportunity to share what they are doing. Professional climbing guides, products with innovations, ideas and advocates, favourite lines, stories and understanding. We are limited to 100 participants, with an operations team of around 20 locals and around day visitors from the area making up around another 30 participants.

HEADLINE PARTNER

This is the primary sponsor. They also drive the promotion such that they have a tribal leader capacity across the event. They cover insurance, compliance, and lead promotion. That support allows us to run affordable clinics and provide the community climb program at no cost. It’s the big ticket and deserves the prominence and fuzzy feels it generates at the festival.

CATEGORY PARTNER

These partners bring the community engagement to the event with lots of participant facing engagement. If you have a climbing, camping, outdoor lifestyle product you can choose from the program where you think your best fit exists, wether that’s on the saturday night gathering, in the campsite hosting films or in the demo village, or at the cliff alongside the guides showing off the gear. These partnerships go toward funding the participant facing costs like camping fees, Saturday Night Gathering, friday film night, comforts like shelters, firewood and coffee.

Community Partner

This is the opportunity to share with the climbing community what you are working on. Environmental advocacy, climbing media and user groups. This provides space in the demo village and a platform for short presentations, interpretive guided walks, challenges and comps…
